On one hand I hope it is because I think kids need to see a relationship like that - a positive relationship like that - because there really isn’t one their age. I’d love there to be an example for them to look up to. But then again I don’t want it to be fake because relationships that age never really last. So I hope that it’s realistic but I do hope that it lasts.

I know it’s not common but couples who meet in high school can last (lea folks anyone?) I know a couple who I think the world of and respect so much and they’re high school sweethearts. I’m not a romantic I’ve seen classmates get married right out of high school and I knew it wasn’t gonna last but sometimes there’s a couple who does sometimes that crazy seemingly fairytale does exist when the two people in love know its not a fairytale at all. they just love each other and they continue to love each other and are willing to work through all the pain and tough times together. I think Kurt and Blaine could be that realistic fairytale.

Both my parents & my brother are currently in amazing, loving relationships that started at 14 - 16 years old (and have lasted 48 and 18 years respectively). I know that high school relationships can not only last, but can flourish and grow into something wondrous. It is not the norm, but their (my parents and my brother & sister-in-law) marriages are some of the strongest I know - next to my own.

I think if they are smart about it, they could certainly make Kurt & Blaine’s relationship last realistically.
